ACDC is an integrated mineral exploration and rare earth technology company incorporated with the aim of undertaking mineral exploration and resource development, focusing on heavy mineral sands projects located in Victoria, Australia, with the ultimate goal of producing heavy mineral sands (HMS) products and rare earth elements (REE).

ACDC holds over 2,500 square kilometres of projects located on the eastern edge of the Murray Basin, Victoria, Australia and are considered highly prospective for HMS, REE and other materials based on past and recent exploration results.

In addition, the Company is developing a downstream processing technology to extract REE from the mineral monazite. The technology will be the basis of the rare earth processing plant that will produce a mixed rare earth oxide (MREO).
